She manages and maintains the studio's web presence, giving her practical experience in presenting a business online, communicating with customers, and creating an engaging and professional digital experience. At Matrix Teknologies, Sandra contributes to website design and development, helping present the company's services, capabilities, and projects in a professional and accessible way. She also assists with customer communication, scheduling, and ensuring clients are connected with the appropriate member of the Matrix team. Alan Quintero is currently in his sophomore year at Villanova University, where he is studying Computer Science. He works with Matrix Teknologies LLC on software development, IT, networking, and emerging technology initiatives, bringing his academic knowledge into a hands-on, real-world technology environment. Alan is also beginning to develop an interest in cybersecurity and will have opportunities to work alongside the Matrix team with security tools, network technologies, testing environments, and other cybersecurity initiatives as he continues to expand his knowledge and experience. During the school year, Alan will continue working with the Matrix Teknologies team as his academic schedule permits, contributing to development projects, technology research, automation, networking, and other internal and customer-focused initiatives. Since joining Matrix Teknologies, Alan has impressed the team with his strong work ethic, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others. He has demonstrated that he is not only technically capable but also a dependable team player who is willing to take on new challenges and continue developing his skills. His combination of Computer Science education, growing interest in cybersecurity, work ethic, and team-oriented approach makes Alan an excellent fit for Matrix Teknologies and an important part of the company's growing technology team.

Brian Sload is the Owner and Founder of Matrix Teknologies LLC, bringing approximately 30 years of experience in information technology, networking, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and low-voltage infrastructure. His experience spans structured cabling, fiber optics, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, surveillance systems, VoIP, troubleshooting, and commercial technology deployments. Brian also has a strong background in cybersecurity, including penetration testing, network security, vulnerability assessment, and the use of various security and diagnostic tools to identify weaknesses before they can be exploited. His hands-on approach to security combines an understanding of how networks are built with how they can be tested, monitored, hardened, and protected against real-world threats. Brian founded Matrix Teknologies to provide businesses with a reliable technology partner capable of handling projects from the physical infrastructure and cabling layer through networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. He remains actively involved in the field, working directly with customers, performing site surveys, designing solutions, troubleshooting complex problems, and overseeing installations. His focus is on practical solutions, quality workmanship, strong security practices, and building long-term relationships with customers rather than simply completing individual service calls.

Anthony is a Field Technician with Matrix Teknologies LLC, supporting commercial network, telecommunications, and low-voltage installations. Prior to and alongside his work with Matrix Teknologies, Anthony gained valuable hands-on IT experience supporting Goin’ Postal with its day-to-day technology needs. His responsibilities included assisting with IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related problems, and helping keep systems operational and up to date. This experience strengthened his ability to diagnose problems, work directly with end users, and find practical solutions when technology issues arise. Anthony also has a growing interest in cybersecurity and enjoys working with and learning new security tools and technologies. He continues to expand his knowledge of network security, cybersecurity testing, threat detection, and the tools used to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen business networks. As a dependable member of the Matrix field team, Anthony continues to expand his technical experience through increasingly complex installations and projects.
